Ok, what I posted is from these guidelines http://www.hooyou.com/lc/perm_eb2vseb3.html , EB2 used to be easier before PERM, it is also possible if position is job zone 4 but SVP is 8 or higher to go via EB2- PERM, I hope you are right in disagreeing though.

The Western Media's double standards are well known..When facing a cold war with Russia, the US and West ignited the passions of muslims and used them against the communists.
All the islamic movements started from this only and from US support in the background.
At that time all of them were called as warriors or mujahids or heroes.
After Russia collapsed, they started calling them Terrorists..Everybody knows that..
Atlast Obama acknowledged that in Cairo speech.
Now with regards to Israel, why should the Palestinians pay for the Holocaust is what Ahmedinijad is asking..The Palestinians did not do Holocaust..It was Europe which involved in Holocaust..Not just Nazi Germany, anti Jews sentiment was prevalennt in all of Europe,.,

I renewed at SFO via mail, got it in 3.5 weeks, no problems at all, my requirement was not urgent. They have number you can call and ask for status, people are nice to talk to and you can ask them to expediate it you are in a hurry. Chicago might be the same.
Does anyone have recent experience with the Chicago office of Consulate of India for passport renewal. How long does it take? 2 weeks, 3 weeks, more than 3 weeks.

Most Photoshop 6 tutorials also work the same in PS7. I don't really follow many tutorials, so I don't know any of the good sites with tutorials, but if you run a search on www.google.com for Photoshop tutorials you should get something. Even if they are for PS6, they will most likely work in PS7.

Can anyone please comment on Massachusetts licensing requirements? and the validity period for someone who is working on EAD? Thanks!
Fortunately, MA is still unaffected by the xenophobic policies regarding Driver's Licenses that are prevalent in other states. You can renew your license online, and the length or the nature of the validity of your immigration status has no influence on the type or duration of the driver's license. How long this will stay like this in MA is anybody's guess. I am sure they will also become restrictive when pressure is brought on by REAL ID regulations.

My wife has an approved H1 w/ COS starting from Oct 1. Her current status is H4. She wants to continue to maintain her H4 status, so we want to to file for reinstatement of H4 before Oct 1.
How long does it take for USCIS to approve H4 reinstatement?

Employement history is on G-325. It is only for last 5 years. If it was before 5 years there is good chance that you need not answer that question. I-485 does not require your Tax returns. You can do that with your W2 forms.

I have filed for my renewal EAD on May 29th at NSC. My current EAD expires on Sept 24th. I havent got the renewal EAD yet, where as my wife got it both applications were sent in the same envelope. I am working on EAD and am losing sleep since if my EAD doesnt come in time I will be out of my payroll.
Has some one gone to the local USCIS office to get the interim EAD recently? I was told that option no longer exists.
Can some one post the FAX #s to expedite EAD requests?
yes that is true, Local uscis no longer provides interim EAD. they just place a request for interim EAD from their office only after your application has crossed 90 days from the receipt date (not notice date).
